Once again, we are to over look the fact that this country was created with prayers in the schools and Congress and the hearts of our countrymen. Once again we are to agree with the fact that all of the government buildings exploit religion. Once again government is not initiating the Bill of Rights, the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence. Don't these guys in Washington ever read what has been said by our forefathers? Or is it that with all of their education they have lost the ability to use common sense?

I for one, am fed up! If you don't want to participate or hear prayer, DON'T! If you don't believe in a God, DON'T! If you don't want to look at a Bible, statue or cross, DON'T! But DON'T for one minute push your type of living and attitude on me! I DON'T do it to you. We all have choices in this world and my choice is to follow those that came before me to make sure that the rights they gave us are carried out. As should the Supreme Court and our nations elite in Washington!

According to our forefathers that helped to create the Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the Declaration of the United States , I feel that one of my rights if not more have been forbidden to me. I have inalienable rights that I wish to have restored according to the wishes of my forefathers, as was in their initial evaluation and thought.

The declaration was evoked because it became necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

'Natures God' has been taken away from my rights; I can no longer say thank you (in the form of prayer) honor him/her in a group setting either inside or outside, under Natures God's, roof (the sky) and all that lies there in.

It was proclaimed at this time that, we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. I believe that my First Amendment Right has been denied as follows:

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech , or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

By denying my right to pray where I want to and when I want to, I feel you have done an injustice to myself as a citizen of the United States and to the words of my forefathers of my land.

I thereby request that all restrictions regarding prayer be abolished at this time. My words are not that which hurt or maime and can be listened to or turned away from, but my right to say them when and where I choose, have been guaranteed to me.
